Planning
We conduct on-site inspections at large exhibition venues or outdoor spaces, where we plan different themed exhibition areas and assess the hardware equipment requirements.
Production
We assess the production methods based on the venue requirements for large exhibitions and carnivals. This includes integrating resources such as theme visual design, large-scale hardware equipment, online and offline promotional planning, and on-site manpower assessment to meet the needs of the event.
Execution
We plan the event execution schedule comprehensively, starting from the preparatory work in the lead-up to the event. This includes on-site construction and setup of large-scale hardware during the event setup phase, manpower allocation throughout the exhibition period, equipment transportation and security personnel
arrangements, and finally, post-event venue restoration after the event concludes.
