Planning
We turn event concepts into physical reality, handling everything from selecting venues and routes, coordinating with relevant authorities, assessing hardware equipment requirements, and executing the planning.
Production
We adapt to the event budget by evaluating the most suitable production methods, integrating resources such as hardware equipment, online and offline promotional planning, and on-site manpower assessment.
Execution
We plan the event execution schedule, covering the preparatory work in the lead-up to the event, on-site construction and setup, manpower allocation, equipment
transportation arrangements, and post-event venue restoration.
